Important new consumer legislation

Proposed increase in court fees

Following on from the increase in Court Fees earlier this year, the Ministry of Justice are proposing another increase in court and tribunal fees.  More reason to use Alternative Dispute Resolution!

New Conciliation Service

The Business Secretary has said that the forthcoming Enterprise Bill will include a Small Business Conciliation Service to try to settle disputes out of court
