Case Study 3

We assisted Mr C in a dispute with his employer over terms and conditions of employment.

It was not entirely clear what had been agreed by the parties in the past.

We helped Mr C explore the issues and options.  It was clear that he viewed court proceedings as a last resort and was keen to preserve his relationship with the other party.  Negotiations needed careful handling to avoid inflaming the situation.  With our assistance, constructive proposals were formulated and then put forward to the employer.  These proposals were of benefit to both parties and would allowed the relationship to proceed. 

We are pleased to say the proposals were accepted and their relationship as employer/employee continues.
